St. George, Utah – it’s Thursday, October 30, 2014 and there are 26 new Active listings on the Southern Utah MLS hot sheet. When glancing at today’s active list, we see six new listings below $145,000, 13 new listings between $150,000 and $300,000, and an additional six listings between $310,000 and $500,000. Topping today’s active side of the MLS Hot Sheet is a listing located at 2410 W. Entrada Trail # 42, which has been listed for $849,000. The Entrada listing is a 4,895 sq. ft. Southwestern style, five-bedroom, five-bathroom single-family residence, located inside Kachina Springs.
