St. George Utah Real Estate Listings: New
St. George, Utah – it’s December 11, 2014 and there are 26 “Active – New” St. George Utah real estate listings on today’s Southern Utah MLS Hot Sheet.
In addition to the 26 Active New St. George real estate listings added to the Washington County Board of Realtors MLS system over the last 24 hours, there are now 30 new pending Southern Utah real estate listings and 20 recently closed escrow’s.
Sitting high atop the Stone Cliff community, as well as the Active New listings’ side of today’s MLS Hot Sheet, and located at 2298 East Stone Crest Way, a spectacular home was listed on 12–10–2014 for $1.4 million. Over the last 24 hours it’s been busy on the pending side of the MLS hot sheet as well.
Always a tough find in the southern Utah real estate market, a 10 unit apartment complex located at 156 N. 500 W. in Cedar City is now under contract based on a list price of $525,000. For those golf aficionados searching for the perfect southern Utah property, you missed a solid opportunity with a listing located in the Sand Hollow Resort subdivision, which was listed for $493,900. As a perfect candidate for a vacation home or primary residence, this property offered a floor plan that encompassed five bedrooms, three and half bathrooms, and a rooftop patio for entertainment – soaking in the breathtaking southwestern golf course vistas.
St. George Utah Real Estate Listings: Sold
Again, ignoring the misplaced listings, we see 11 St. George real estate listings now in escrow between $369,900 and $209,000. Between $199,000 and $79,900 there are additional 10 Southern Utah properties hoping to successfully make it through the escrow process. Proving that there is still affordable housing in the greater St. George area – albeit a manufactured home – a part model mobile home now has an extended contract for $37,500 in the Canyon breeze RV resort. For the developers in the group, there’s something for you as well. Over the last 24 hours seven vacant lots with a list price of $30,000 have been put under contract.
Providing further proof that Realtors rarely take time off – even during the holiday season – we see six new southern Utah properties successfully closing escrow between $484,880 and $208,272. Between $160,000 and $75,000 there are seven new listings, which have successfully closed despite all of the distractions of the rapidly approaching Christmas holiday. And representing some of the most affordable dirt in southern Utah – we seeing five vacant lots successfully closing between $59,900 and $7,900.
