St. George Utah Real Estate Listings: New
St. George, Utah – it’s December 15, 2014 and there are 39 “Active New” St. George Utah real estate listings on today’s Southern Utah MLS hot sheet.
In addition to the 39 Active New listings put on the Saint George Utah MLS since last Friday, 12 Southern Utah listings have switched from the “Active” side of the hot sheet to the “Pending” side; furthermore 18 properties have successfully closed escrows since last Friday.

As far as St. George Utah real estate listings being put under contract – only 12 properties received acceptable real estate purchase contracts (REPCs) since last Friday. Ranging from a high of $389,900, to a low of $119,900.
St. George Utah Real Estate Listings: Sold
And last but not least, these 17 Southern Utah real estate listings have successfully closed escrow since last Friday in St George; closing for between $555,000 and $57,000.
