St. George Utah Real Estate Listings: New, Pending, Sold

St. George, Utah – it’s Tuesday morning January 27, 2015, and over the last 24 hours 8 “Active New” St. George Utah real estate listings have been placed on the Southern Utah MLS hot sheet.

While 47 properties showed up on today’s “Active New” side of the MLS hot Sheet … only 8 were actually NEW to the MLS. The remaining 39 listings were updated for various reasons and placed on the Active New side of the hot sheet to alert the Washington County Board of Realtors of their updated status.

In addition to the 8 new St. George Utah real estate listings on today’s MLS hot sheet, 23 Southern Utah properties now have an accepted real estate purchase contract (REPC), and 16 Saint George properties have successfully closed escrow since yesterday morning.

Starting at the top and working our way down we see 6 St. George Utah real estate listings between $589,000 and $319,000 now headed into the escrow process. From $255,000-$150,000 we see an additional 10 Southern Utah real estate listings now in a pending status – leaving the remaining six listings under $132,000.

Drilling down on today’s closed side of the MLS hot sheet, we see a total of 16 St. George Utah real estate listings successfully making it to their end goal … the close of escrow. Originally listed for $6.2 million and closing escrow for $5.4 million was the Tonaquint campus building.
