St. George, Utah – TGIF people. It’s Friday January 30, 2015, and since yesterday morning 14 “Active New” St. George Utah real estate listings have been placed on the Southern Utah MLS hot sheet.
While 33 St. George Utah real estate listings actually landed on today’s “Active New” side of the Southern Utah MLS hot Sheet, only 14 were truly NEW to the WCBR multiple listing service (MLS). The other 19 St. George Utah real estate listings were revised for assorted reasons and placed back on the Active New side of the Southern Utah MLS hot sheet. Primarily as a means of alerting the other 900+ real estate agents on the Washington County Board of Realtors of their updated status.
In addition to the 14 new Southern Utah real estate listings on today’s MLS hot sheet, 22 St. George Utah properties now find themselves in a pending status, and 16 St. George Utah homes for sale have successfully closed escrow since yesterday morning.

And last but not least on the pending side of today’s MLS hot sheet, eight other MLS real estate listings between $149,900 and $38,950 are now trying to make it through the escrow process … hoping to move over to the “Sold” side of the Southern Utah MLS hot sheet.

Over the last 24 hours these 16 St. George Utah real estate listings have closed escrow. While the first property on this list opted to withhold its ultimate sales price, we can see that the overall real estate market in Southern Utah remains vibrant and strong.
