St. George, Utah – it’s a fine Thursday morning February 5, 2015, with only 8 days left before the kickoff of the 2015 Parade of Homes in Southern Utah, the areas Realtors have been busy over the last 24 hours listing some seriously luxurious St. George Utah real estate listings. Since yesterday 67 “Active New” St. George Utah real estate listings have shown up on the southern Utah MLS hot sheet.
Despite the fact that 67 properties – including one expired, one pending and one canceled listing – have shown up on the “Active New” side of today’s MLS hot sheet, only 34 of the 67 listings are actually new to the Washington County Board of Realtors (WCBR) MLS system. The remaining 33 St. George Utah real estate listings were somehow modified (read: new photos, new disclosures, or new documentation) and placed back on the “Active New” side of today’s MLS sheet as a means of alerting the other real estate agents on the WCBR.
Additionally, today’s MLS sheet also shows that 15 St. George Utah real estate listings have been put under contract in the last 24 hours, and 18 other Southern Utah real estate listings have successfully closed escrow. Not bad for the middle of winter.

Between $585,000 and $399,900 there have been 13 new listings placed on the MLS since yesterday; between $397,000 and $199,000 there are now an additional 21 new listings for buyers to choose from – leaving the remaining 23 properties on the Active New side of today’s MLS hot sheet under $189,900.

Of the 15 St. George Utah real estate listings now under contract (Read: Pending) six were listed on the MLS for between $439,900 and $249,900 – the remaining nine properties now under contract all had a list price below $183,000. Wrapping up today’s summation of the Southern Utah MLS hot sheet are these 15 recently closed St. George Utah real estate listings. Ignoring the first listing at 1115 N. 1340 W., Circle because it chose to withhold its ultimate sales price; we see eight Southern Utah properties between $330,423 and $244,000 have now officially sold. Also Closed over the last 24 hours are nine southern Utah real estate listings between $181,000 and $20,500.
