St. George, Utah – it’s Monday morning February 9, 2015 and there have been 27 “Active New” Saint George Utah real estate listings placed on the Southern Utah MLS hot sheet since last Friday – 2.6.2015.
Despite the fact that 62 St. George Utah real estate listings appear on the “Active New” side of today’s MLS hot sheet, only 27 of the 62 listings are factually new to the Washington County Board of Realtors (WCBR) MLS system. The remaining 35 Saint George Utah listings were modified in some fashion (read: updated documentation, new sellers disclosures, or new photos of the property), then placed back on the “Active New” side of the WCBR MLS hot sheet as a means of informing the other 900+ Realtors on the WCBR.
Additionally, today’s MLS hot sheet indicates that 30 St. George Utah real estate listings have been put under contract in the last 24 hours, and another 23 St. George real estate listings have crossed the ultimate finish line – successfully closing escrow.
St. George Utah Real Estate Listings: New
The first of today’s “Active New” Saint George Utah real estate listings is up in the Paragon Cove section of the Stone Cliff subdivision. Listed at $164.45 per square foot; this 4,560 sq. ft. home has five bedrooms and four baths on two levels. St. George Utah Real Estate Listings: Pending
With a quick glance at the Pending side of today’s hot sheet, it’s easy to surmise that it was a busy weekend for some of the areas many Realtors. Since last Friday, seven St. George real estate listings between $849,900 and $321,000 have been placed in escrow; between $297,750 and $150,000, an additional 13 St. George Utah real estate listings received an acceptable REPC (real estate purchase contract). And last but not least, there are now 10 Southern Utah real estate listings below $144,900 that have received acceptable REPCs and now headed for the escrow process.

Since last Friday the below 23 St. George Utah real estate listings have successfully closed escrow. While three of the areas Buyers/Realtors decided to withhold their ultimate sales price, the remaining 20 new homeowners weren’t so shy.
