St. George Utah Real Estate Listings: New, Pending, Sold

St. George, Utah – it’s Thursday morning February 12, 2015, just one day before the 2015 St. George area Parade of Homes kicks off and over the last 24 hours 41 “Active New” St. George Utah real estate listings have made it on to the Southern Utah MLS hot sheet.

While 56 “New” properties appear on today’s MLS hot sheet, only 41 are truly new to the St. George Utah MLS. The remainder were modified (read: completed disclosures, updated photographs, or modified documentation), and then placed back on the Active New side of the MLS hot sheet.

In addition to the Active New St. George Utah real estate listings mentioned on today’s MLS hot sheet, there were 13 listings placed under contract over the last 24 hours and are now working their way through the escrow process. Furthermore, and conceivably more significant, 14 St. George real estate listings have successfully closed escrow since Wednesday morning.

As Washington County Realtors gear up for the projected crush of potential homebuyers flooding into the area to view the 2015 St. George Parade of Homes, the next 10 days promises to be a frantic scene of Open Houses, property showings, and touring of the architectural masterpieces offered during this year’s event.
