St. George, Utah – it’s Friday February 13, 2015, opening day of the 2015 St. George area Parade of Homes, and since yesterday morning 82 “Active –New” Southern Utah real estate listings have shown up on to the Southern Utah MLS hot sheet.
Of the 82 properties that appear on today’s WCBR MLS hot sheet, 53 are actually New to the St. George Utah MLS. The balance of the properties were modified (read: new photographs, updated documentation, or completed disclosures) and then placed back on the Active New side of the MLS hot sheet.
