St. George, Utah – it’s early Wednesday morning February 18, 2015, and there have been 20 ‘Active New’ St. George Utah real estate listings assigned to the Southern Utah MLS hot sheet over the last 24 hours.
While a total of 32 Saint George Utah listings appear on the ‘Active New’ side of today’s WCBR (Washington County Board of Realtors) MLS hot sheet, only 20 of the 32 listings are actually new to the MLS. The other 12 real estate listings were in some way modified (read: updated pictures, modified documentation, or updated sellers disclosures), then migrated back on to the Active New side of the WCBR MLS hot sheet, thereby notifying the other Realtors on the board of there updated status.
In addition to the new real estate listings mentioned on today’s MLS hot sheet for southern Utah, today’s list indicates that 25 St. George Utah listings now have accepted contracts and have been placed in escrow over the last 24 hours, and another 14 Saint George Utah listings have successfully closed escrow.
