Drilling down on the 21 properties recently put under contract, we see five properties between $39,900 – $149,900, nine St. George listings between $150,000 – $300,000. And topping off today’s Pending list, there were an additional nine listings between $309,000 – $525,000 put under contract in the last 24 hours.

On the “Closed Escrow” side of today’s MLS Hot Sheet we see 14 properties successfully closing escrow since yesterday morning. Of the 14 Closed Escrows, two had their prices withheld from the MLS, seven properties closed between $8000 – $200,000, and the remaining properties close between $201,600 and $349,900.
