St. George, Utah – it’s early Wednesday morning, February 24, 2015 and over the last 24 hours 25 ‘Active –New’ Saint George Utah real estate listings have shown up on the Washington County Board of Realtors (WCBR) MLS hot sheet.
While 34 St. George real estate listings actually appear on today’s WCBR hot sheet, only 25 are factually “New” to the Southern Utah MLS. The residual listings were in someway modified (see: new pictures added, modified documentation uploaded, or sellers disclosures completed), and then those Southern Utah real estate listings were reintroduced. Getting them place in today’s Active New column on the MLS hot sheet.
In addition to the 24 new real estate listings showing up on todays WCBR MLS hot sheet, there were also 36 listings placed under contract since Tuesday morning, while 19 Saint George Utah real estate listings have successfully closed escrow since 2.24.2015.
St. George Utah Real Estate Listings: New
In reviewing the top five new real estate listings on today’s Southern Utah MLS hot sheet, we see a home listed for $824,900 in the town of New Harmony.
