Perched high above downtown St. George, Utah, the Foremaster Ridge subdivision provides its potential homeowners the expediency of being centrally located to the many shopping opportunities provided in the downtown St. George area.
Only minutes from the Dixie Regional Medical Center, Harmon’s Market, Target, and several of the Bigger “Big Box” restaurant franchises, this stylish subdivision makes those bothersome tasks – otherwise known as daily chores – somewhat less trying, thanks to the close proximity of S. River Rd. just at the bottom of Foremaster Dr.
This elevated subdivision, seemingly floating on a layer of basalt rock, captures some of southern Utah’s more breathtaking views. Sitting directly above, Outback Steakhouse, Starbucks, Brick Oven, Chick-Fil-A, Café Rio Mexican Grill (my personal favorite restaurant) Iggy’s Sports Grill, Applebee’s, Winger’s Roadhouse and Olive Garden, the need to cook may be a thing of the past.
Rare amongst many of the HOAs (homeowners associations) in the greater St. George area, the Foremaster Ridge subdivision currently does not charge monthly HOA dues. While they don’t have any of the amenities that some of the larger planned unit developments (PUD) generally enjoy; such as a swimming pool, tennis court, clubhouse, workout facilities or social enrichment classes … they also don’t have exorbitant monthly HOA dues.
As of September 2015 the price per square foot for residential real estate in the Foremaster Ridge subdivision is currently ranging from between $116.04 per square foot on the low-end to $162.11 per square foot on the high-end.
While at present there are currently only 2 single-family real estate listings immediately available in the Foremaster Ridge area for purchase, since January 1, 2015 five homes in the subdivision have successfully closed escrow. The sales ranged from a low of $108.44 per square foot to a high of $143.43 per square foot.
