While the rest of America relaxes with their family, fires up the barbecue and toss back a few frosty ones, we’re on the front lines of reason – trying to keep everyone playing nice.

Also, this just in from the good people at NOAA. I just received a Facebook update notifying everyone in Southern Utah that a fast approaching series of thunderstorms will begin Friday afternoon. The National Weather Service is warning everyone in the St. George area to be on the lookout for widespread rainfall across the southern Utah area. They further warn of flash flooding and severe thunderstorms throughout Zion National Park area. If you’re new to southern Utah please exercise extreme caution – what looks like a dry riverbed can instantly become a raging torrent. Use extreme caution this weekend if you’re out enjoying nature.
