St. George, Utah – it’s Thursday, September 10, 2015 and there are 30 new real estate listings on today’s MLS hot sheet for the greater Southern Utah area. However, since our primary interest involves new St. George, Utah, real estate listings … only the following eight listings seem relevant.

Ranging from between $95.80 per sq. ft. to $233.36 per square foot, the subsequent eight new St. George Utah real estate listings are located in the following subdivisions: Taviak, The Vineyards (In Santa Clara), Pointe at Sunbrook, Coral Canyon, Cotton Manner Condos, Casita At Sienna Hill, Village On The Heights, and Mesa Shadow.

Additionally, of the eight new listings on today’s MLS hot sheet, four properties for sale have pools – either as part of their Homeowners Association (HOA) or as an upgraded amenity to their outdoor living environment.
