St. George, Utah – it’s Thursday morning February 19, 2015, and there have been 17 ‘Active New’ St. George Utah real estate listings placed on the Southern Utah MLS since Wednesday morning.
Additionally, according to the Thursday edition of the WCBR (Washington County Board of Realtors) multiple listing service (MLS) hot sheet, 21 St. George Utah real estate listings have gone under contract and are now in escrow, while 12 listings have successfully closed escrow.
