St. George, Utah – It’s early Wednesday morning February 4, 2015, and over the last 24 hours a total of 48 St. George Utah real estate listings have shown up on the “Active New” side of the Southern Utah MLS hot sheet.
While 48 Saint George Utah real estate listings ended up on the “Active New” side of today’s MLS hot Sheet, only 17 could truly be called “NEW” to the Washington County Board of Realtors (WCBR) MLS (multiple listing service). With three Pending properties, one Canceled and two Closed real estate listings showing up – the other 25 Southern real estate listings were revised for various reasons and placed back on the Active New side of today’s MLS hot sheet. Made available on the “Active New” side of the daily hot sheet in an attempt to notify the other 900+ Realtors on the WCBR of the new modifications to the already existing listings.
In addition to the 48 new St. George Utah real estate listings showing up on today’s MLS hot sheet, 27 St. George real estate listings now find themselves in a pending status and 15 Southern Utah listings have successfully closed escrow over the last 24 hours.
St. George Utah Real Estate Listings: New
Leading off the newly listed properties in the greater St. George area is a patio home located in the Reserve of Entrada at Snow Canyon. St. George Utah Real Estate Listings: Pending
With the 2015 St. George Utah Parade of Homes just around the corner, it appears that a wave out of area buyers are here snapping up some serious acquisitions in advance. In reviewing today’s newly Pending properties for the greater St. George area, we see that 10 St. George Utah real estate listings have been placed in escrow over the last 24 hours between $429,000 and $235,000. Between $232,900 and $137,900 there were additional 11 properties placed in escrow since yesterday. Leaving the remaining seven new pending properties under $123,000.
St. George Utah Real Estate Listings: Sold
Providing further evidence that Southern Utah’s high-end real estate market is regaining its strength, we see a listing up in the Stone Cliff subdivision that just closed escrow for $895,000. Originally listed on 12.29.2014 this home sold in 10 days for its full asking price. Nice. Additionally, between $420,000 and $259,900.07 other St. George Utah real estate listings successfully navigated the escrow process and have closed escrow; leaving the seven remaining freshly closed escrow under $244,800.
