St. George, Utah – Several homes closed escrow in the subdivisions of Sun River St. George and Sun Country Meadows for the week of June 24, 2018. Selling for just under $19 Million, Washington County’s 54 sales had an ‘Average’ sales price of $349,763 – or $166 per square foot.
And while southern Utah’s real estate inventory remains relatively anemic, the National Association of Realtors is reporting the 30-year mortgage rate fell to 4.57 percent as of last Monday.

Per the WCBR (Washington County Border Realtors ) and it’s FlexMLS system, the ‘Median’ price of a home sold in Washington County over the past seven days was roughly $303,397 – or $161 per Square Foot.
Of last week’s 54 sold real estate listings, 32 spent less than 30 days on the WCBR MLS (multiple listing service). Meanwhile, another 10 homes took less than 60 days to officially close escrows (COE). And taking what seems like a lifetime in this market to officially sell, 5 listings sold within 90 days; 3 took between 90 and 120 to COE, and another 4 listings spent more 121 days on the MLS.
