Right next to Engel & Völkers real estate office… of course!
While Engel & Völkers specializes in southern Utah real estate, St. George’s Ancestor Square is the home of art galleries, gift shops, antique stores and fine dining. Located in downtown St. George, Ancestor Square sits at the northwest corner of St. George Blvd and Main Street; smack dab in the middle of St. George’s rich historic district.
Ancestor Square is comprised of twelve distinctive buildings, six of which have historic registry designations with rich histories – including the new home of Engel & Völkers; located at 172 N @ 100 W St. George, UT. (#52 on the above map)
The 12 historic buildings collectively known as Ancestor Square include Sheriff Hardy’s house (built in 1877), the Sheriff’s office, the first Jailhouse, and one of the older structures in St. George – the historic Gardeners Club building.
Renovated to provide its visitors with a unique experience, Ancestor Square is the go-to destination for both friends and family alike visiting St. George. Whether it’s a last-minute lunch at Benja Thai & Sushi, or a fine dining experience at the Painted Pony restaurant, Ancestor Square has much to offer those visiting our beautiful little corner of Southern Utah.
