NAR facts: According to the National Association of Realtors, first-time home buyers represented 30 percent of all real estate sales for the month of March. A 1 percent increase on a month-over-month basis, it represents a 2 percent decline from 12 months ago.  And according to NAR, those homebuyers making all cash purchases for the month of March, fell from February’s high of 24 percent to 20 percent.
